Couples Tantra Massage and Tantra Education in Chicago by Goddess Diana

It dipped in temperature again this March and it’s the perfect time to make an excuse to do extraordinary indoor activities to share with your partner. My sessions are so easy to learn, understand and digest. If you only have one session with me I suggest a session which lasts no shorter than three hours and no longer than four hours because there is so much energy you will be processing and information for you to understand.
You will not be sitting idle as I work with you and your partner. Both of you are going to be involved so be prepared to be engaged during out Tantra couples session here in Chicago because I want you to be active and you are going to be my massage partner assisting me and helping your loved one feel safe.

I teach some very basic breathing exercises and there is nothing complex for you to learn as I guide you on how to take in air fully so you feel more energetic during the giving process and so your partner can feel more of your heart energy once you learn how to breathe

into your heart chakra the right way.

I work from your home or hotel space so please give me some advanced notice so I can have everything ready for our shared ceremony. I do sometimes accommodate last minute appointments and there is such a thing as synchronicity but I strongly advise you to plan ahead and figure out a perfect day or evening for both of you so you can be stress free and not worry about work or obligations or children.

My Couples Tantra Massage will include lessons for you both and after working with me just once you will be able to give each other skillful tantra massages with an emphasis on correct breathing, learning how to touch your lover with healing intentions and creating a sacred space.
I use essential oils and you will gain an understanding of how certain scents uplift you and help you feel more centered. I will use all my skills which is sound healing, breath, reiki, toning of the chakras and yoni and lingham honoring so you will feel complete. You will both receive a deep tissue massage that will leave you feeling refreshed , calm and at peace.
I will go anywhere you are within the city of Chicago or the suburbs and if you have the desire to make our session a learning intensive I can work with you and one other couple to create a mini workshop and let all of you have time to be a good giver of tantra massage and good receiver of tantra yoga.

My intention is to leave you with a good understanding of the very beginnings of your tantra journey so you feel more confident with each other and you both are inspired to continue in your private studies either with me or any other skilled provider of the Tantra Arts.
My opinion is we learn a “bit” from everyone we meet and my style of Tantra massage will differ from another person’s interpretation because I do not follow a set recipe but rely upon my inner intuition when I hover over your body and I of course believe in goals so I will listen to both of you prior, during and after our shared ceremony so we can hopefully achieve a blissful and educational session that helps you become empowered and comfortable in your own body.

Reiki healing and Tantra Activations are completely enmeshed together

I receive so many calls lately from new people who do not have a clue what Tantra is.  Honestly it's not my responsibility to give a full account of any definition of Tantra yoga or Tantra massage.  It's not my intention to be a free source of information for anyone contacting me by phone but I truly enjoy sharing information and enlightening strangers via the written word because I love writing as much as I love offering Tantra Ceremonies and giving Reiki healings.

The best way to understand Tantra and energy work in general is to understand that we are energy beings and we have energy stations in our body which connect to each other.  If one part of our energy mechanism is malfunctioning it affects how our energy centers communicate and work with each other.  If one energy power station is completely down or shut off then energy is not free to travel and the energies get clogged or "backed up" so that we feel a constriction and lack of flow.

During a reiki session your energy is gently opened up and I am not giving or taking energy from you but I am present with you and allowing your energy to shift and slowly open up.  You will feel tingling and warm sensations and a feeling of calm.  You might feel more energy or less energy depending upon what your body intuitively requires at the time of the healing.  Tantra also focuses on all your energy centers or Chakra bodies.  Tantra's goal is to help get you activated and fully charged up again connecting all your power centers from your third eye to your solar plexus or stomach area and your root chakra and sexual centers.  You are not cut off from you sexual energy you are always in a state of complete flow unless you choose to ignore your sexual energy or shut off your connection to joy and bliss.  In the same aspect you can't simply go around with an over charged sexual energy or appetite but ignore your heart chakra and your need for connection and love. 

Tantra rebuilds your capacity to feel more alive, refreshed, balanced, and loved.  You can feel completely centered during our Tantra ceremony and I will always be encouraging you to come back to your body through the gentle breathing exercises we share together.  I take my time with you and use a great deal of balanced reiki energy,  essential oils, sound healing and breath to keep you in alignment.  You will see firsthand what energy work can do for your state of mind and well being.
Tantra can not be understood through reading text books or chatting on the phone.  Tantra is best understood when you actively participate and allow me to help you engage and awaken all your senses and energy centers through the gift of intentional touch.

Tantra Bathing Ceremonies enhance your potential to be more open

There is something very special about connecting with your loved one in a bath filled with essential oils, salts and colors.  Before receiving sacred touch take the time to connect with your partner in a bath for two.  Use some very playful items such as bubble bath or maybe food coloring so you can include some color therapy to enhance and awaken your chakras.

Be creative and silly when you engage in a bathing ceremony.  Don't be afraid to throw some crystals in the water like tumbled semi precious stones or tumbled quartz.  Have the lights dimmed and surround your bathtub with tea lights and flower petals if you wish. 

Always use scents in your bath that are pleasing to both of you whether it's an inviting vanilla,  a refreshing lime or lemon or an invigorating hint of peppermint.  Always use a bit of caution when using anything strong like peppermint or wintergreen because these two essential oils can be a bit aggravating to your tender skin so a little is just perfect maybe a drop or two.  You can be more generous with lavender essential oil and use about 10 drops without irritating your skin.  The key here is a little aromatherapy helps soothe your mind but too much will irritate your skin and potentially burn.

Now that you have the music playing and the candles burning just gaze into your lover's eyes and make humming noises together.  Experiment with pitch, tone and sound.  Try and sing in harmony and share your energy by tuning your voices together and breathing slowly but deeply.

When you connect in the Sacred Bath Ceremony try not to rush the breathing and just let your mind go.  You will join hands together and try to align all your major Chakra centers with each other by holding your hands over your partners throat,  lungs and stomach.  Take your time exploring one another slowly and with compassion.

Dear Tantra Audience,
I am sharing an excerpt from my person blog with you this evening in the hopes I can give you some ideas to combat winter depression.
I myself have suffered from a mild form of Seasonal Affect disorder growing up here mostly in Chicago since a child.
If you are not familiar with SAD, it is a real depressive episode that hits a good percentage of the population during the winter months only and it's mostly caused by a lack of light.

I remember feeling so crushed and hopeless I hired a psychotherapist for some talk therapy and she gave me just a very small dosage of prozac but instantly I began to notice that I was developing some severe allergic reactions to this drug and I found that I was not having sound sleep or vivid dreams so once the drug started affecting my sleep cycles I just decided to fight winter depression with my own methods.

The lack of light can really agitate certain sensitive people especially if you love the Spring and summer as much as I do!  I love taking my dog for long walks in the summer but during the winter with threats of blizzards and snow and ice it really isn't quite the same.   There are no outside cafes in the dead of winter and certainly there are no flowers or birds flying overhead to give you that positive outlook.

Well I am still here and honestly I do not know how this happened because my original intention was to spend the cold winter months (of which I am not a huge fan) in California! For the past three years of traveling I have been returning to Chicago strictly during our summer and fall season then exploring a warmer climate elsewhere.
So how did I end up getting stuck here in Chicago? Well I was receiving requests from old clients from my past who would give me a couple weeks notice that they were visiting Chicago and then of course I received requests to stay from new clients who found my tantra services broadcasted online and they finally had time to see me so I got sort of “sucked into” this. I don’t mind because it’s been a fairly mild winter compared to the more brutal winters I have known and tasted in the past.
So here are my tips to any of you out there who are experiencing Chicago winters for the very first time. The important thing to remember is socialization. Winter can be a very isolating season. People have a tendency to sleep in more, order a good pizza, nap in their beds and not get out there. I entrust a lot of you find good reasons to stay inside as much as possible and if you have a dog you may be taking shorter walks because you and your dog and not digging this weather that much. I can assure you this all leads to a feeling of “claustraphobia”.
My suggestion is pamper yourself, eat healthfully, walk a little bit then duck into coffee shops as needed and of course try to take some outings to restaurants or movie venues at least three or four times a week.
I have set up some “spa days” for me and my clients this past winter season simply to recharge the energy circuits. Many people are taking off now and going into warmer climates for more sun but if you do not have this luxury or if you own your own business and can’t take off vacation days then I invite you to take a “spa day” with me here in the city of Chicago!
Tantra is about co creating sacred play and circulating positive, playful, healing energy between you and your partner. You end up feeling more youthful and cared for by the end of our spa day. Your muscles will feel more alive and if I did my job diligently you are going to be in a more creative frame of mind and feel more hopeful about life again.
Anyone who schedules a half day or full day of Tantra with me will receive a soothing spa chakra bath first and then after your muscles are relaxed and all the blood flow has returned to your heart I proceed with the Tantra Chakra massage which combines a really hardcore massage. After I have thoroughly warmed up all your major muscle groups I administer tender finger light strokes along your meridians and I guide you with breathing exercises to help send this positive energy everywhere in your body bringing you sensory awareness and stillness.
You will be the recipient of tender and focused touch with an emphasis on sensual massage, cranial sacral still point moves on the back of your skull and aura clearing through reiki exploration.
During a full day of Tantra you have a choice of learning a lot more and you are welcome to learn the basic principles of holding back on sexual energy during our full day of Tantra Massage which is called Edge play or you can learn how to work on the Divine feminine which I refer to as Goddess Worship or Yoni Worship training. During yoni worship training I use my body as a living “model” for you to explore. I give you suggestions on how to tenderly touch and circumnavigate all pleasure zones on my body so you will gradually grow more confident touching your significant other.
Remember how Jack Nicholson’s character Torrence went completely insane as the caretaker of the Overlook hotel? Aside from the fact that the hotel was obviously haunted Winter depression is real and can affect sensitive people in a negative way. Winter can make you feel hopeless at times because there is a lack of lush, green plants to admire as you walk down the street. The skies are overcast and grey and everything is lacking in color during this season at least in the Chicago area.

I have noticed a new craze going around all over the United States; but honestly this is nothing new to me because I have included the Sacred Spoon or Sacred Cuddle during all my Beginners Tantra sessions and I personally love to cuddle everyone who comes to see me (even if they did not request it).
